(339) Them unto the s.d Charles Daniel his heirs & Assigns for ever in Manner af.d And that they the said Laurence & Sarah their heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs shall & will Warrant & for ever Defend the Bargained Premisses & Every Part of them unto the s.d Charles Daniell his heirs & Assigns for ever Against all Persons Claiming or to Claim any right Title Estate to or in the same or any Part thereof & the s.d Laurence & Sarah Do further Covenant for them & their heirs to & with the s.d Charles Daniell his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns at any time hereafter at the Charges in the Law of the s.d Charles his heirs & Assigns to suffer Consent to & Execute any further Devise Deed or Act in Law for the better Conveying the Bargaind Premisses & Every Part thereof unto the s.d Charles Daniell his heirs & Assigns for ever which the s.d Charles Daniell Shall reasonably Advise Devise or Required In Witness Whereof the Parties to these Presents have Interchangably set their hands & Affixed their Seals the Day & Year above mentioned Sealed & Delivered his In the P.rsence of Laurence 6 Murray seale Joshua Hall mark William Waford Sarah Murray On the Back & at the foot of the foregoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t May 30.th 1735 Received from Charles Daniell the Sum of Twelve Pounds ten Shillings Current money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned his Laurence 6 Murray Joshua Hall mark William Waford May 30.th 1735 Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of Baltimore County Laurence Murray & Sarah his wife and Acknowledged the within Deed According to an Act of Assembly in such case made & Provided And the s.d Sarah being Privately examined gave her free Consent without any threats Compulsion or Coertion of the said Laurence Murray her husband Rich.d Gist W Hammond (June) |
