x.d  This Indenture made the 10.th Day of Feb.ry in the Year of our Lord
       God One thousand seven hundred & thirty four Between Anthony Coffery of
       Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and Charles
       Daniell of the s.d County of the other Part Witnesseth that the s.d Anthony Coffery for
       & in Consideration of the sum of Twenty Pounds Current money to him in hand paid
       by the s.d Charles Daniell the Receipt whereof he Doth hereby Acknowledge &
       thereof & of every Part & Parcel thereof Doth hereby for him his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       Acquit Exonerate & for ever Discharge the s.d Charles his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Hath
       Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Made Over & Confirmed & by these Presents
       the s.d Anthony Coffery for him & his heirs Doth give grant bargain sell
       alien make over & confirm unto the s.d Charles Daniell All that Tract or
       Parcell of Land Called Anthonys Delight Lying in Baltimore County afores.d
       on a run Called Maidens Choice Run on the North Side of Patapsco River
       Begining at three Bounded White Oakes & one Bounded Red Oak Standing
       on the side of a hill on the South Side of the s.d Run & runing from the said Oaks
       North fifty three Degrees West fourteen Perches thence North forty five
       Degrees West twenty Perches thence North forty Nine Degrees West forty
       Perches thence North Twenty five Degrees East Sixty Perches thence
       South Eighty one Degrees East Ninety Perches then by a Streight Line to
       the s.d Bounded Trees Containing One hundred Acres of Land more or
       Less To have & to Hold the s.d one hundred Acres of Land more or Less
       With all the Improvements thereon as Houses Orchards Fencing &c
       unto him the s.d Charles his heirs & assigns for ever to the use & behoof of
       the s.d Charles Daniell his heirs & assignes & to no other use Intent or
       Purpose Whatsoever And the s.d Anthony Coffery for him & his heirs Doth
       Covenant & Grant to & with the s.d Charles Daniell his heirs & assigns that
       the Bargained Premisses are free & Clear of & from all Other Bargains of  
       sale or incumbrance whatsoever And that he the said Anthony Coffery at the
       Ensealing & Delivery hereof hath in him fill Power to Bargain & Sell the
       Premisses & Every Part of them unto the s.d Charles Daniell his heirs and
       Assigns for ever in Manner af.d & the s.d Anthony Coffery his heirs and
       Assigns shall & will Warrant & for ever Defend the Bargained Premisses
       & Every Part of them unto the s.d Charles Daniell his heirs & Assigns for
       ever Against all Persons Claiming or to Claim any right title or estate to
       or in the same or any Part of them And the s.d Anthony Coffery Doth
       further Covenant for him & his heirs to & with the s.d Charles Daniel
       his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns at any time hereafter at the Charges
