(3) Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the Said Peter Dunscomb his heirs & assignes for ever part of that Tract or parcell of Land Called Cromwells Addition being and Lying in Ann Arundell County and upon the south side of Patapsco River & upon the west side of Curtisses Creek Beginning at a Locust post standing by the side of Cabbin Branch and running thence north sixty four perches then Running West South West Thirty four perches then running South South East One Hundred perches then running by a Direct Lyne to the first Bounded Tree Containing Ten acres more or Less Together with all Wrights Profits Improvements benefits privilidges & appurtenances thereunto belonging To Have and To hold the said parcell of Land with all rights profitts Benefitts previledges and appurtenances to the same Belonging or in any Ways belonging or appertaining unto the Said Peter Dunscomb his heirs and assignes for ever free from & Clear of all Manner of Incumberances whatsoever (the Rents & Services that shall hereafter become due to the Lord proprietarie Excepted) And the same John Cromwell Doth covenant bargain promise Grant & Agree to & with the Said Peter Dunscombe and his heirs that he the Said John Cromwell shall & will for Ever Warrant & Defend the said Tract of Land against all manner of persons Claiming or to Claim any right title or Intrest thereunto from by or under him the Said John Cromwell & his heirs for Ever unto him the said Peter Dunscombe his heirs & assignes for Ever In Witness Whereof the said John Cromwell hath hereunto sett his Hand & affixed his seale the Day & year above Written Signed Sealed & Delivd John Cromwell seale in the Presence of us Lance Todd Henry Ridgley On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorst Vizt Memorandum that on the Twenty fourth day of February came the within mencond John Cromwell before us the subscribers and acknowledged the within Deed to be his (Own) |
