       This Indenture made the eight Day of May Anno Dom 1734
       Between William Stevenson of the City of Annapolis Chyrurgeon
       of ^the^ one part and Edmund Jenings of the same Place Esq.r of the other part
       Witnesseth That the said William for the Consideration of five Shill Curr.t
       Money to the s.d W.m Stevenson by the s.d Edmund Jenings in hand paid at or
       before the Sealing hereof the Receipt Whereof the said William Doth hereby
       acknowledge and from the same And every part thereof Doth Acquit Exonerate
       & Discharge the said Edm.d Jenings his Exec.rs Adm.rs & assigns Hath granted
       Bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed And by the presents Doe
       Bargain Sell alien Enfeoffe & Confirm unto the s.d Edm.d Jenings his
       heirs & assignes all that tract or parcell of Land Called Bright Holmstone
       Lying scituate & being in Kent County Containing & Laid out for one
       thousand More or less as the same was sold to Ariana Jenings by Henry
       Evans also all that tract or parcell of Land Called Baldwins Addition
       Lying in Ann Arundell County sold to the s.d Ariana by John Baldwin
       Together with all & singular the premisses & Appurts to each of the s.d
       Tracts blonging To have & to Hold the same W.th the Appurts
       unto the s.d Edm.d Jenings his heirs & assignes for ever In Witness Whereof
       the said W.m Sevenson Hath hereunto putt his hand & seale the
       Day & Year firs above Written
    Signed Sealed & Delivered                              W Sevenson   Seal
       In the Presence of
                      Robert Gordon                      On the Back of the foregoing
                      James Gordon                        Deed was thus Ind.t

       May 8 1734 Then Came Before Me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court the Within Named W.m
       Stevenson and acknowledged the Within Deed to be his Act & Deed And
       the said Land & premisses & estate intended to be Co^n^veyed thereby are
       the Estate Right & Title of the Within Named Edm.d Jenings his heirs
       & assigns according to the meaning & true purport thereof
