       Constitute & Ordain M.r Christian Guist & M.r John Rosse of Ann Arundell
       County in the province of Maryland Gen.tls Phillip Russel of Suffix
County on Delleware or any one of them to be our true & Lawfull Attorney
       to Acknowledge the within Written Deed of Release or Sale in every
       Respect in Due form of Law as fully wholly & absolutely as we
       our selves Might or Could do if we were then there personally
       present to Act & perform the same as Witness our hands and
       Seales this fifth Day of June Anno 1731

       Ward one of his Lordships of the provinciall Court in this
       Province of Maryland and did on his part according to the
       Directions of the Act of assembly of this province In such
       Cases provided Acknowledged the within Deed or Writing to be
       the Act & Deed of him the said William Conwell for the uses
       therein Mentioned

       June y.e 7.th 1731 the above and within named William Conwell
       being sworn on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God did Decleare
       that he saw his Mother Reckah Cornwallis & his Brother John Conwell
       signe seal & Deliver the within Deed or writing & the above Power of
       attorney as their Act & Deed for the life ^uses^ therein Mentioned & that he
       Did Likewise see his said Mother & Brother signe the above
       Receipt for the sum of fifty pounds Current Money of Maryland
