(186) On the Back of the foregoing Deed is thus Indorst Viz.t Memorandum This Day (to wit) the forth Day of June Anno Dom Seventeen hundred & thirty three Came before us the Subscribers, two of his Lordships (the Lord Proprietary's) Justices for Prince Georges County Charles Digges of Prince Georges County Gent & Susanna Maria his Wife Henry Darnall of Ann Arundell County Gent & Eliz.a his Wife & Edw.d Neale of Charles County Gent & Did acknowledge the within mentioned two Tracks of Land to wit Spryes Hill & Greenoke to be the right & estate of the Within named Francis Hall & Dorothy his Wife their heirs & assignes for ever (the s.d Susanna Maria Digges & Eliz.a Darnall being first Privately examined as the Act of Assembly in Such Cases Directs) Acknowledged before us the Day & 14 1/2 sides Year above Written George Noble Record.d June the 21.st 1733 Pet Dent x.d This Indenture Quadra Partite Made the fourth Day of June in the Seventeenth Year of the Dominion of the Noble Lord Charles Absolute Lord & Proprietary of the Province of Maryland &c & in the Year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred & thirty three Between Charles Digges of Prince Georges County in the Province afores.d Gent and Susanna Maria his wife of the first Part Henry Darnall of Portland Mannour in Ann Arundell County in the Province afores.d Gent & Eliz.a his Wife of the Second Part Francis Hall of Prince Georges County (afores.d) |
