       Shall & may have hold & Injoy the Afores.d two Tracks of Land
       to Wit Spryes Hill & Green Oke from time to time for
       ever Discharged Acquitted & Saved harmless of & from all
       Former bargains Sales leases Charges & Incumbrances had
       Made done or Suffered by the s.d Charles Diggs & Susanna
       Maria his wife Henry Darnall & Eliz.a his wife or the s.d Edw.d
       Neale or either of them since the Death of the said Nicholas
       Lowe And lastly the Parties aforesaid for themselves &
       their heirs do Covenant Grant & Agree to & with every Other
       Severally & their Several heirs to the Intents that all disputes
       & Controversis hereafter between them their heirs & Assignes
       May Intirely be Extinguisht & Taken away in manner &
       form following (That is to say) that if it shall so happen
       That Any of the Parties afores.d shall hereafter be evicted
       expelled or ejected (by any former right) from any part
       or the whole of their parts portions or porporties of the Lands
       as are to allotted to any of them by the Parttition & allotment
       afores.d that in Such Case no Contribution Shall be had or
       Pretended to be had either in Law or Equity by the Person or
       Persons so ejected his heirs or assignes from any of the
       other Parties their heirs executors or Administrators but
       that Such Party ejected & the Person or Persons claiming
       under him Shall for ever by these Presents be ^de^barred and
       Precluded off & from any remedy for the Same by any
       Way whatsoever In Witness Whereof to this Indenture
       with the s.d Francis Hall & Dorothy his wife remaining the
       Said Charles Digges & Susanna Maria his wife Henry
       Darnall & Eliz.a his wife & the s.d Edward Neale have set
       their hands & Seals the Day & Year first above Written
