(133) Day of July Seventeen hund and Eight A Tract of Land Called East Fishing Creek Granted to William Ewen the twenty Seventh day of October Sixteen hund fifty nine for fifty acres A Tract of Land lying on the North Side of Patuxent River near a Creeke Called the Fishing Creek granted to the s.d William Ewen the twenty sixth day of April Sixteen hund fifty eight for one hund sixty five and A Tract of Land Called East Chaplin Granted to William Chaplin the twenty seventh day of October Sixteen hund fifty nine for one hund acres A tract of Land Granted to Thomas Patton the twenty seventh day of July Sixteen hund and fifty one for one hund and fifty acres lying on the North Side of Patuxant and endorsed on the back side of the Grant by the s.d Patton to Henry Meese and in like manner Endorsed by the s.d Meese unto Job Nutt whose son and heir Job Nutt Conveyed the same to s.d Parran party to the s.d presents part of a tract of Land Called Morgain the s.d part Containing ninety acres and purchased by the said Parran of Thomas Day a Tract of Land called Brooks Plains and Containing one hundred acres and purchased by the said Parran of Thomas Symons scituate on the North side of Patuxent River and on the East side of S.t Leonards Creek and also all other the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments in any wise belonging to the said Alexander Parran in Calvert County wherein all the Lands before Mentioned lye he also had a Tract of Land lying in Baltimore County called Abbotts Forrest and Containing One Thousand Acres Orriginally Granted the Tenth Day of August Sixteen hundred and Eighty four unto George Abbott and by the said Alexander Parran purchased from Thomas and John Abbott sons of the said George Also all that Tract of Land lying in Talbot County Orriginally laid out for Job Nutt the last Day of January Sixteen hundred and sixty Containing One Thousand Acres scituate on the North side of Choptank River and on the North side of the Eastern Branch of Tredhaven Creek Together with all Edifices Buildings Yards Gardens Pastures Timber and Timber Trees Woods Underwoods and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the said Tracts parts of Tracts and parcels of Land belonging or appertaining with the Revertions and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits whatsoever and all Deed Writeing Escripts and Miniments touching and concerning the said Tracts parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land and Premisses or any part thereof To have and to hold the said Tracts parts of Tracts and parcels of Land and Premisses to the only proper use and behoofe of the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns for ever as by the said Indenture relation being thereunto had may More at large appear And Whereas the said Charles Carroll Deceased by his Deed bearing Date the twenty fourth Day of March One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen Did agree with the said Alexander Parran and Declare (Amongst other things) that upon payment of the Consideration Money in the Recited Deed Mentioned and the Interest thereof at |
