(132) for ever warrant and defend the said Tract of Land w.th all the Appurtences abovesaid against himselfe his heirs extors Adm.rs and any other person Claiming as af.d to the only proper use and behoof of him the s.d Robert Boone his heirs and assigns In Witness whereof the said Richard Moss hath hereunto sett his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written Richard seal Moss Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of William Orrick Jam.s Orrick On the back of the af.d deed was written as followeth vizt Memorandum that this fouth day of March In the years of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came before me one of his Lordships ^prov.ll^ Justices in the province of Maryland the w.thin Named Richard Moss & acknowledged the w.thin writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses w.th the appurtenances w.thin mentioned to be the right of the w.thin named Robert Boone his heirs and assigns for ever & at the same time Likewise Came before Me Jane Moss the wife of the w.thin Named Richard Moss and being by Me secretly examined out of the hearing of her said husband did freely & voluntarily without or threats of her said husband Give up all her right title & dower Claim & demand whatsoever that she now hath or hereafter may have to the within named parcell of Land and premisses w.th the Appurtenances and acknowledged the s.d Land & premisses w.th the appurtenances to be the right of the within named Robert Boon his heirs & assigns for ever and desired that the same might be recorded in the prov.ll Court In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name the Day & year above written 7 sides March 23.d 1732 Robert Gordon x.d This Indenture made this third day of March Anno Dom Seventeen hund and thirty two Between Charles Carroll of the Citty of Annapolis Esq.r son and heir at Law & one of the Extors of Charles Carroll Esq.r Late of the same Citty deceased and Daniel Carroll of Prince Georges County Gent the other Son & Extor of the s.d Charles Carroll Dec.d of the one part and John Parran of Calvert County Gent of the other part Whereas by an Indenture bearing date the twenty third day of March one thousand seven hund and sixteen between Alexander Parran late of Calvert County Merch.t Dec.d and Father of the said John Parran of the one part and the s.d Charles Carroll the Father of the other part the s.d Alexander for the Consideration therein mentioned did amongst other things Give bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the Last mentioned Charles Carroll All the Severall tracts of Land Following (to witt) a Tract of Land Called Parrans Park Containing three hund Acres and Granted to the s.d Parran the tenth day |
