             Instrument of Procuration or Letter of Attorney be it known & manifest unto
             all those who shall see these presents or hear the same read that on the twenty third
             day of the month of April Anno Dom 1725 And in the eleventh year of the reign of
             our sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God King of Great Brittain France and
             Ireland Defender of the Faith &c.a Before me James Dunnidge Notary & Tabellion
             Dwelling in London by Royal Authority duly admitted & sworn And in the
             presence of the witnesses hereafter named Personally Appeared M.r Jonathan
             Forward of London Merchant which said appeares (first Revokeing assaulting
             and makeing void all former & other procurations or Letters of Attorney
             by him heretofore given and granted to any person or persons inhabiting in
             the Colony of Virginia af.d Merchant) Declared to have made ordained constituted authorized
             and appointed And by these presents doth make ordain constitute
             authorize and appoint M.r Patrick Simpson of the Province of Maryland
             Merchant at present in London his true and lawfull Attorney Giveing and by
             these presents granting unto his said Attorney full Power and lawfull Authority
             for him the said constituant in his name and to his use to ask demand
             levy sue for and by all lawfull ways and means recover and receive of &
             from all and every person or persons of what degree or quality soever
             whom it shall or amy concern inhabiting in Virginia or Maryland afores.d
