(457) To and with the said Vachel Denton his heirs
and assigns that he the said William Worthington and his heirs shall and will at any time or times hereafter at the reasonable Request Cost and Charges in the Law of him the Said Vachel Denton his heirs or assigns make do acknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause to be so done or so suffered all or any such further or other Act or Acts thing or things Conveyances or Assurances in the Law whatsoever as by the Said Vachel Denton his heirs or assigns or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably advised Devised or Required for the further and more perfect assurance surety and sure makeing of all and singular the intended to be hereby granted Land and premisses and every part and parcell thereof unto him the said Vachel Denton his heirs and assigns for Ever Provided that such further or other Deed shall import no other Warranty but against him the said William Worthington and his heirs and all persons Claiming by from or under him ^them^ or any of them according to the true intent ^& meaning^ of the parties to these presents In Witness whereof the partie first above named hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above Written Will.m Worthington seale Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of us Tho.s Worthington John Jones September the 8.th 1730 Then received of the above Named Vachel Denton the sume of one hundred and eighty pounds Current Money being the full Consideration Money for the Land and premisses above Mencond I say received per me Will.m Worthington seale Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of us Tho.s Worthington John Jones (September) |
