(44)      and set over and doth by these presents bargain sell assignes
             transfer and set over unto him the said John Taillor his Executors
             Adm.rs and assignes all the Tobaccoe now at or upon the
             Tract of Land and plantation thereunto belonging called Delaware
             Bottom and also all the corn of him the said Benjamine
             upon the said Lands or on the plantation thereof or in any the
             houses thereunto belonging whether the same Tobacco and
             Corn be of the last years crop or of this present year's growth
             and wether the same be now housd or in the field also the Three
             Negro Slaves following which the said Benjamin had of a
             certain John Belt viz.t Negro Nero now or late upon the plantation
             called Godfathers Gift Negro Charles & Negro Ned on the s.d
             plantation called Delaware Bottom and also two thousand five
             hundred pounds of tobe tobacco in the hands of M.r James Powell
             of Baltemore County To have and to hold all the af.d Negroes
             corn Tobacco Goods and Chattles af.d unto him the said John
             Taillor his Executors Adm.rs and Assignes as his and their own
             proper goods and Chattles without any maner of condition or
             account to be rendred for the same And the said Benjamin Belt
             hath actually delivered unto the said John Taillor his Attorney
             in fact within this province all the af.d Negroes good and Chattles
             and the same Negroes goods and Chattles to the same John Taillor
             his Executors Adm.rs and assignes he the same Benjamine and
             his heirs Executors and Adm.rs shall and will warrant and for
             ever hereafter defend from and against all manner of persons
             whatsoever In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents
             have here unto interchangeably set their hands and affixed
             their seals the day and year first above writtean
