          Provincial Court of this Province acknowledged by y.e w.thin named
          Ambrose Nelson to be his act and Deed and that the Land &
          p.rmises therein menconed is the true right of y.e s.d Richard Jacob
          his heires & assis for ever According to the true Intent and Meaning of
          the Said Indenture the same Day and Time Came Sarah the Wife of the
          Said Ambrose & being by Me Examined Out of the hearing of her Said
          Husband Did Confess that she voluntarily gave her Consent to the Sale
          of the Said Land without the fear or threats of her Said Husband In
          Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand the Day of the
          Date abovesaid

          This Indenture made the fourteenth day of August Anno
          Domini One thousand seven hundred and twenty four Between
          Benjamine Belt of Prince Georges County Planter of the one
          Part and John Taylor of the City of London Merchant of the
          other part Wittnesseth That the said Benjamine for and in Consideration
          of the sume of five hundred pounds sterling to him the
          said Benjamine in hand paid by the said John the receipt where
          of he the said Benjamine doth here by acknoledge and from every
          part and parcell thereof doth hereby fully clearly and
          absolutely acquitt Exonerate and discharge the said John Taylor
          his Executors and Adm.rs hath given granted bargained
          sold aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and Doth by these
          presents for himself and his heires give grant bargaine
          sell Aliene Enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said John
          Taillor his heirs and assignes for ever all that Tract or
          parcel of Land Belts Park lying on the North side the Main
          Falls of Patapsco River in Baltemore County surveyed and laid
          out for five hundred acres with the appurtenances Also
