(398) power and authority to her in that behalfe
given & reserved in and by the said Recited procuration or Letter of Attorney and by force and virtue thereof and of all and every other power and powers or authorities to her the said appearer belonging or in any wise appertaining Hath by herselfe and as farr as in her Lyeth as she may or Lawfully can revoked annulled and made void the said procuration or Letter of Attorney and all and every power & authority therein given or Granted to the said Amos Woodward or his Lawfull substitute or substitutes and hath made ordained constituted authorised and appointed and by these presents doth make ordain constitute authorise & appoint M.r John Galloway of West River in the Province of Maryland aforesaid Merchant her true and Lawfull attorney for her the said appearer and in her name place and stead & to her use to enter upon and take possession of the severall plantations & all other the Real Estate of the said Amos Garrett in Maryland aforesaid & to receive & take the Rents Issues and profitts thereof And also to Ask Demand Levy Sue for and by all Lawfull ways and Means recover & receive of and from the said Amos Woodward his heirs Executors or Administrators and of and from all and every person or persons of what Degree or quality soever whom it Doth shall ^or^ may Concern in Annapolis aforesaid or elsewhere in the said Province of Maryland all and every sume and sumes of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes Chattels Effects Estate and things whatsoever due or to grow due owing Belonging or in any wise appertaining to the Estate of the said Amos Garrett Deceased or to he the said appearer in the Quality aforesaid or either of them whether the same be by rent Bond Note Bill Book ^Debt^ Account Consignment Principall Money Change Rechange costs damages and intrests on any protested Bill or Bills of Exchange Rent or arrears of Rent Contract Agreement degree sentance judgment execution or for by or upon any other account cause reason or means soever nothing Excepted nor resurved Also to Demand and Receive out of the Hands Custody or possession of any person or persons whatsoever all or any Deeds Writings Escripts or Miniments that do or shall relate to the Estate of the said Amos Garrett or to her the said Constituant in the Quality aforesaid so far as concerns her right therein And to that end with any person or persons whom it shall or may concern to Acco.t and to view settle and adjust all Accounts and the Ballance thereof to receive up on Recoveries and recipts to give one or more acquittances or other sufficient discharges in due form of Law but in Case of Refuseal or delay by any person or persons whom it shall or may Concern to make and Render just & true Account payment Delivery and sattisfaction in the premisses him or them thereunto to (Compel) |
