             of Great Brittain France and Ireland Defender of the
             Faith &c Before me James Dunnidge Notary and Tabellion
             admitted and sworne and Witness as Personally appeared
             M.rs Elizabeth Ginn of the Parish of S.t Mary at Newington
             sisters and coheirs and one of the administrators of the
             Goods rights and Creditts of Amos Garrett late of Annapolis
             in the province of Maryland Merchant deceased who Declared
             that whereas she the said appearer together with Mary
             Woodward of the parish of S.t Olaves southwark in the
             county of surry Widow the other sister and Coheir and
             administratrix of the Goods rights and Credits of the said
             Amos Garrett by a Certain procuration or Letter of Attorney
