(384)    Hopkins his Tree Running North East up the Creek one hundred
             perches to the first Marked pine and all ^the^ Messuages Tenements
             and Hereditaments on the same Tract of Land with
             the appurtenances now or at any time heretofore ussed
             held occupied or enjoyed And also the Reversion and
             Reversions Remainder & Remainders of the same premisses
             and every part thereof and all and Every the Estate Right
             Title & Intrest Claim and Demand of him the said Jn.o Edmondson
             party to these presents of in & to the said Tract or parcell
             of Land and premisses aforesaid  To have and to holds
             the said Tract & Parcell of Land & the said messuages tenements
             and Hereditaments with the appurtenances unto the said
             Mathew Kirby and Elizabeth his Wife their heirs & assignes
             for Ever To the only use & Behoofe of the said Mathew Kirby
             and Elizabeth his Wife their heirs & assignes for Ever so
             that Neither he the said John Edmundson party to these
             presents nor his his heirs nor any other person or persons for
             him or them or in his or their names or in the name
             Right or steed of any of them shall or will by any way
             or Means hereafter have Claim Challenge or Demand
             any Estate right Title or Intrest of in or to the premisses
             or any part or parcell thereof In Witness Whereof the
             parties af.d to these presents there hands & seales have
             sett the Day & year first above Written

             Sealed & Delivered
          (these words) there heirs &
          assignes being first Interlined
             in presence of us

                   Edward Sprigg
                   Shadrack Feddeman

                   On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endors.d

                   Justices of the Provinciall Court the within Named John
