(367)    Reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges in the Law
             of the said Amos Woodward his heirs and assignes make doe
             Execute and Acknowledge or Cause or procure to be made
             Done Executed and Acknowledged all and Every such further
             and Other Lawfull and Reasonable Act & Acts thing and
             things Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law as the said
             Amos Woodward and his heirs and assignes shall be advised
             by his or their Councill Learned in the Law for the
             Further better and more perfect Granting Conveying and
             assureing of the said two Lotts of Ground and Houses
             thereon Built with other the premisses thereto belonging
             unto the said Amos Woodward his heirs and assignes
             for Ever Provided Always and it is the true Intent and
             Meaning of these presents that if the said William
             Cawthren his heirs Executors and Administrators shall well
             and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Amos Woodward
             his Executors Administrators or Assignes the sume of Twenty
             Nine pounds three shillings & nine pence sterling And
             one pound Twelve shillings and six pence Current Money
             at or upon the seventh day of February which shall be
             in the year of Our Lord seventeen hundred and thirty one
             with Lawfull Intrest for the same to be accounted from
             the day of the date hereof that then this deed & every
             Article Clause and Matter therein Contained shall be
             utterly void and of noe effect In Witness Whereof
             the said William Cawthren hath hereunto set his hand and
             affixed his seale the day & year first above Written

                   Signed Sealed & Delivered
                   in the presence of
                                     John Lomas
                                     John Dorsey

             On the back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorst
            
                      Received of M.r Amos Woodward Twenty Nine
             pounds three shillings and nine pence sterling                     29: 3: 9 sls
             and One pound Twelve shillings and six pence                          &
             Current Money being the Consideration within                 1 126 Cur.t
             Menconed I say received as above Feb.ry y.e 7.th
