(319)     hereby Intended to be bargained and sold unto him the said Beale
             his heirs and assignes for Ever according to the true intent & meaning
             of these presents In Witness whereof the parties to these presents
             have hereunto Interchangably set their hands and affixed
             their seales the day and year first above Written

                                One of his Lordships Justices of the provinciall
                            Court of Maryland the within named William
                        Thompson who acknowledged the within Instrument as
                    his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses therein Contained
                to be the right of the within Named John Beale
             His Heirs and assignes for Ever according to the true Intent
             and meaning of the said Deed and the Act of Assembly in that
             Case made and provided Taken and acknowledged before me the
             Day and year above
