(262) Bill plaint attachment Distress or
Otherwise as fully and amply in every respect as I myself Might ^or^ Could do If I were personally present & to sue Implead make Answer prosecute & Defend in any Court or Courts of Law & Equity and before any Judges or Justices in any Suit matter or Cause with me for me or against me as the Cause in any of those Cases shall require to deal and intermedle in all actions suits affairs & Businesses any ways touching and Concerning me as by agent or Otherwise Giving & by these presents Granting unto my said attorney full sole & Lawfully authority in the Execution of all & singular the premisses & to substitute and appoint One or More attorney or Attorneys in any of the premisses & the same again as his pleasure to revoke & to make & give any Acquittance Release or Discharge upon the recovery or Receipt of any Deb.t Debts sum or sums of Money Rent or Rents or other Thing ot things whatsoever as the Matter or Cause shall require hereby Ratifying allowing & Confirming for from effectuall & irrevocable all & singular whatsoever my said attorney shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done in & about the premisses by virtue of these presents In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set My Hand & seale this sixteenth day of August in the year of Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred & Twenty seven Jacob Morland seale Sealed Signed & Delivered In the presence William Birkbeck Agnes Gosling Myles Bland her Jane A a Wray mark |
