             and appoint and in my place & stead by these presents
             put William Hodgson Late of Charles County in the
             Province of Maryland Doctor of Physick my true
             sufficient and Lawfull Attorney Irrevocable for me
             and to my own use to take & receive full quiett and
             Peaceable Possesion and seizin of all those two severall
