(259)    As is or are due owing belonging or in any wise appertaining
             to me as Executrix as aforesaid in the province of Maryland
             Whether by Martges ^Mortgages^ Bonds Notes Bill Book Debts Accounts
             Consignment or for or by what other reason or means so ever
             Nothing Excepted or reserved and to the end with all & every
             Person or persons whom it shall or amy concern to account
             & to view settle & adjust all accounts & Ballances thereof
             to Receive & upon Recoverys & receipts to give one or more
             Acquitance or Acquittances or other sufficient Discharges
             In due form of Law But in Case of Refusall or Delay by any
             person or persons whom it shall or may concern to make
             & render just & true account & payment & sattisfaction
             In the premises him her or them therein to compell
             By all Lawfull ways & means whatsoever also if need
             be to appear before all Lords Judges & Justices in any
             Court or Courts thereto answer Defend & reply in all matters
             & Causes touching me concerning the premises & to
             doe say & pursue arrest implead seize sequester attach
             imprison & condemn & out of the Prison again to Deliver
             also to Compound conclude & agree by arbritation or
             Otherwise us may said attorneys or attorney shall think fitt
             And Gennerally in & concerning the premises to do perform
             & Execute all & whatsoever shall be required & necessary
             as fully amply & effectually to all intents constrictions
             & purposes as I the said Elizabeth Cox Executrix as afd
             could do if I were personally present And that although
             the cause should require more especiall power then is
             herein before perticularly exprest which power to
             substitute one or more attorneys under him or them
             with like or Limited power & the same again to revoake
             promising hereby to Ratify conform & hold for good
             & vallid all & whatsoever my said attorneys or attorney
             or his or their substitute shall Lawfully do or cause
             to be done in or about the premises by virtue of these
             presents in Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Cox
             Executrix as aforesaid have hereunto set my Hand &
             Affixed my seal this Ninth day of January in the year
             of Our Lord One Thousand seven Hundred & Twenty seven
             & in the first year of his Majesties Reign
             Sealed & Delivd in the
