use and Behoof of y.e s.d John Bickerton his heirs & assignes for ever more & y.e s.d Mary Orell doth by these presents for herself her Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs and for every of them covenant promise & grant to & w.th y.e s.d John Bickerton his heirs & assignes in manner & form following that is to say That she y.e s.d Mary Orrell & her Heirs y.e pmisses afd w.th y.e appurtenances & every part and parcell thereof unto y.e s.d John Bickerton his heirs & assignes against her y.e s.d Mary Orrell & her Heirs and all other psons whatsoever shall & will for ever hearafter warrant & defend by these psents And allso that she y.e s.d Mary Orrell hath not done committed or suffered any act Matter or thing whatsoever whereby or wherewith she hath incumbered y.e s.d thirty acres & pmises in Title Charge or Estate or otherwise whatsoever & that for & not w.thstanding any act or thing by her y.e s.d Mary Orrell done or suffered to y.e Contrary it shall & may be lawfull to & for y.e s.d John Bickerton his heirs & assignes & every of them from time to time & at all times for ever hearafter peaceably & quietly To have and to hold & enjoy y.e s.d thirty acres of Land & premisses w.th y.e appurtenances without y.e law full Lett Suit Trouble Eviccon Molestation or Denyall whatsoever of y.e s.d Mary Orrell her heirs or assignes or any other person or persons whatsoever & that free and clear or otherwise by her y.e s.d Mary Orrell & her heirs Ex.rs and well & sufficiently saved & kept harmless & indemnifyed of and from all manner of incumbrances whatsoever and finally that she y.e s.d Mary Orrell and her Heirs shall & will at any time hereafter at y.e Request Cost and Charges of ^in^ y.e Law of y.e s.d John Bickerton his heirs or assigns make do acknowledge levy execute & suffer or cause to be done acknowledged leved Executed all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act & Acts Thing & Things Devices Conveyances |
