             Indenture bearing date y.e Tenth ^day^ of June one Thous.d seve
             hund.d & thirteen bargain sell convey and make over
             unto y.e afd John Orrell his heirs & assigns for ever
             a certain pice or pcell of Land w.th all its appurtenances
             being part of a Tract of Land in Ann Arundell County
             afd called Braughton Ashely begining at a bounded
             Hiccory ^Hickory^ standing near a bounded oake being y.e
             third bounded Tree of Emertons Land parte of
             y.e s.d Tract and runing from Thence East Eighty
             six perches to a bounded Hiccory being likewise a bounded
             Tree of y.e s.Emertains Land Thence North fifty two
             perches to a bounded Hiccory standing in y.e s.d Line
             of y.e Land called Nuts Chance and runing w.th y.e said
             Land West thirty three pches to a bounded oak of y.e s.Land
