(235)    Ten and in the Platt of One Thousand Acres Divided into
             Eight Lotts by the Letter F Thence East and by South
             One Hundred and sixty perches Thence South and by
             West one hundred perches Then West and by North one hundred
             & sixty Perches Then w.th a Right Line to y.e First beginning
             Now this present Indenture Wittnesseth that y.e s.d Charles
             Diggs in pursuance of y.e Authority Given and Granted by
             y.e s.d Notly Rozer in and by y.e Codicill afd And in  
             consideration of Ten pounds sterl to Elizabeth Rozer
             Executrix of y.e Last Will and Testament of y.e s.d Notely
             in hand paid as per her Receipt on y.e back hereof
             Hath Given Granted Bargained and sold as by
             these presence he y.e s.d Charles Diggs Doth hereby in as full
             and ample Manner to all Intents and purposes as he is
             Authorized by y.e Codicill afd Absolutely Give Grant Bargain
             Sell Alien Enfeoffe Confirm and Make Over unto y.e s.d
             Charles Calvert his heirs and Assigns for ever all that y.e
             af.d One hundred Acres of Land part of a Tract of Land Called
             Elizabeths Delight as af.d according to y.e Metes and bounds
             Expressed as af.d Together w.th all and singular the Improvements
             Conveniencys and advantages to y.e afd Land belonging or in
             any ways appertaining To the only proper use and behoofe
             of y.e s.d Charles Calvert his heirs and assignes and to no other use
             Intent or purpose whatsoever To Have & To Hold y.e afd
             one hundred acres of Land part of a Tract of Land called
             Elizabeths Delight as afd Together w.th all and singular y.e
