234    Acquittances or Other Suff.t Discharges in Due form of Law but in Case of
          Refusall or Delay by any pson or psons whence it shall or may concern to make
          and render just and true Account payment Delivery and Satisfaction in the
          premisses him her or them thereunto to Compell by all Lawfull waies & Means
          whatsoever Alsoe if need be to appear before all or any Lords Judges & Justices
          in any Court or Courts thereto Answer Defend and Reply in all Matters & Causes
          Touching or Concerning the premisses to doe say pursue Implead Seize Sequester
          Attach Arrest Imprison & to Condemn and out of prison againe to Deliver
          alsoe to Componed Conclude and Agree by Arbitration or Otherwise as his
          said Attorney shall think fit And Generally in and Concerning the premisses
          to doe Performe and Execute all and whatsoever shall be requisite & Necessary
          as fully amply and Effectually to all Intents Constructions & Purposes as he
          the said Constituant might or Could doe if personally present and that altho
          the cause should require more Especiall or Ample power than is herein
          before Particularly Eggrest with Power to Substitute one or more attorneys
          under him with Like or Limitted power and the same againe to revoake
          he the said Constituant hereby promiseing to Ratifye and Confirm & hold for good
          and Vallid all and whatsoever his said attorney or his Substitutes shall Lawfully
          doe or Cause to be Done in or about the premisses by Virtue of these presents
          Thus done and passed in London afd in the presence of the Underwritten Wittnesses
