(229)    Patrick Murphey for Himself his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and
             assignes Doth Hereby Covenant promise and agree to &
             w.th y.e s.d Charles Carroll his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and every
             of Them That ^he^ y.e s.d Patrick Murphey at y.e Day of y.e Date
             of these Presents Is y.e true & Lawfull Owner of all and
             singular The afd Tract or parcell of Land and of y.e Messuage
             Tenements Hereditaments & appurtenances thereunto
             belonging and that He is solely lawfully rightfully and
             absolutely seized thereof and of every part thereof in
             his owne right of an Estate in fee simple And the s.d Patrick
             Murphey Doth hereby further for himself his heirs Ex.rs
             Adm.rs and assignes & every of them covenant promise and
             agree to & w.th y.e s.d Charles Carroll his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs &
             assignes That he y.e s.d Patrick Murphey & his Heirs &
             assignes y.e s.d Tract or parcell of Land called Murpheys
