             or intended to be Demised w.th their Appurtenances
             unto y.e s.d John England his Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes from y.e
             Day of y.e Date hereof for and During y.e Term of Ninety Nine
             years from thence forth next ensuing fully to be compleated
             and ended yelding and paying yearly & each year
             During y.e Continuance of of ^this^ Demise unto y.e s.d John Giles his
             heirs and assigness y.e yearly Rent of one Ear of Indian Corn
             if y.e same shall be lawfully Demand and y.e s.d John GIles
