(204)    Thacker and Hannah his wife their and either of their heirs and
             from and ag.t all and Every other person or persons whatsoever shall and
             will warrant and ^for ever^ Defend and the s.d Rich.d Thacker and Hannah his
             wife doth for themselves and their heirs further Covenant grant and agree
             to and with the s.d Philip Hammond his heirs and assignes that they
             the s.d Rich.d Thacker and Hannah his wife their and either of their
             heirs shall upon y.e request of him y.e s.d Philip Hammond his heirs
             or Assignes and at their Charges in the Law make doe suffer acknowledge
             and Execute any other or further Act or Acts thing or things in
             the Law whatsoever y.t shall by the s.d Philip Hammond his heirs or
             assignes his or their Councill Learned in the Law be reasonably
             devised advised or required for the better and more sure making the
             s.d bargained premises to the s.d Philip Hammond his heirs and
             assignes ^for ever^ Provided always that if the s.d Rich.d Thacker ^or his heirs^ shall or
             doe well and truly pay or Cause to be p.d unto the s.d Philip Hammond
             his heirs or assignes the full and just sume of fifty one p.ds seventeen
             shill.s & five pence ster with all Legall Interest thereon and all
             such Interest and Cgl as shall or may acrue or become due by the
             protest of a Certain Sett of bills of Exec.rs allready drawn for the payment
             of ^part of^ the sume above mentioned at the present dwelling plantation
             of him y.e s.d Philip Hammond at or before the first day of June
             in the year of our Lord seventeen hund.d twenty & eight without
             fraud or further delay That then and from thenceforth this pres.t
             gift grant bargain and sale to be void and of no Effect And the right
             of the premises hereby bargained and sold shall revert to the s.d Rich.d
             Thacker and Hannah his wife and their heirs forever And be as in
             their former Estate any thing herein Cont.d to the Contrary notwithstanding
             In Wittness ^whereof^ the parties abovementioned have hereunto
             set their hands and affixed their seales the day & year above written
