seventeen hundred and Thirty w.th lawfull Intrest for the same to be accounted from the Twenty day of Janu.ry last untill payment the said Money to be paid at the City of Annapolis That then the Estate hereby Granted unto the said Richard Bennett shall intirely Cease and become Null and Void as fully and perfectly to all intents and purposes as if this presented Deed had Never been Made any things herein Contained to the Certrary thereof in any wise notw.thstanding In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hand and affixed their seals the day and year first above written Sealed and Delivered in Philip N Norwood seal the presents of mark Benj.a Tasker John Beale Nicholas Hammond On the Back of the aforegoing Deade was thus Indorst Rece^i^ved the sume of forty three pounds and four pence half peny sterl the Consideration within Mentioned of the w.thin Mentioned Richard Bennett Esq.r I say recd this 31.th March 1727 his John Beale Philip N Norwood Nic Hammond mark Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the prov.ll Court of Maryland the w.thin Named Philip Norwood who acknowledges the w.thin Instrument to be his Act and Deed and this and same ^Land^ and the premisses therein Mentioned to be y.e Right of y.e w.thin Named Rich.d Bennett Esq.r his heirs and assignes for ever according to the true Intent and meaning of y.e w.thin Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Taken and Acknowledged before me on the Day of the Date of y.e within Deed Recorded first Aprill 3.d 1727 Benj.a Tasker x.d This Indenture made this Twenty first day of October Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and Six Between Christopher Gardner of Baltemore County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one part and Philip Hammond of Annarundell County in the Province afs.d Merch.t of the other part Wittnesseth that the s.d Christopher Gardner for and in Consideration of the sume of twenty two pounds Eleven Shill and seven pence str to him by the s.d Philip Hammond in hand paid before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents |
