(188) and Premisses with the Appurtenances thereunto
belonging & as in by the af.d receited Certificate pattent Will and Deed referrance being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear To Have and To Hold the af.d tract or parcell of Land and premises with the appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertain^in^g unto him the said Richard Bennett his heirs and assignes for Ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Richard Bennett his heirs and assignes for Evermore and to no other use intent and purpose what soever And the said Philip Norwood for himself his heirs Execut.rs and Adm.rs Doth hereby covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Richard Bennett his heirs and assignes that he the said Philip Norwood at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery hereof hath in himself good righte full power and lawfull Authority to Give Grant bargain sell Enfeoff and Confirme the af.d Land and premisses unto the said Richard Bennett his heirs and assignes for Ever And that the af.d Land and premises at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery hereof is free and Clear of and from all and Every former and other Grants bargaines sales Mortages and all other Incumbrances whatsoever had Made or Done by the said Philip Norwood And further the said Philip Norwood Doth Covenant as af.d that he the said Philip Norwood his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs the af.d Land and premises and Every part and parcell thereof unto him the said Richard Bennett his heirs and assignes from and against him the said Philip Norwood and his heirs and from and against all other persons whatsoever shall and may ^will^ Warrant and for Ever hereafter Defend and further that he the said Philip Norwood and his heirs heirs shall and will at any time w.thin the space of seven years make Doe Acknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause to be so Done all and Every such further and Other Reasonable Act or Acts thing or things whatsoever at the Cost and Charges in the Law of him the said Richard Bennett as by the said Richard Bennett and his heirs and assignes or by his or their Counsel Learned in the Law shall be reasonably advised Devised or required for the further and better assureance surety and suremaking and conveying of all and singular the af.d Mentioned Land and premises unto him the said Richard Bennett his heirs and assignes for Ever According to the true Intent and Meaning of these presents pressents provided always and it is the true Intent and Meaning of these prese presents that if the abuse above named Philip Norwood his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall well and truly pay unto the said above named Rich.d Bennett Esq.r his Ex.rs and Adm.rs or assignes the full and just sume of forty three pounds and four pence half penny lawfull Money of Great Brittain at or upon the first day of Aprill (which) |
