183 James Donaldson his Exec.rs Admnes and
Assignes from all suites troubles Delays Arrests or Incumberance whatsoever dureing the voyage aforesaid of any person or persons whatso^m^ever claiming any right or Interest in the said Vessell and Especially of what may happen or arrise to the prejudice of the said James from a Certain William Wodloin senior of the Island of the Island Barbadoes and that he the said William Whittington or his aforesaids shall procure and gett a Legall and sufficient Register for the said Vessell and make her a free bottom of the province of Maryland before she proceed on the voyage aforesaid And Lastly that he the said William his Executors or Administrators shall pay or Cause to be payd at his own proper Cost all port Charges pilotage or any other Charge whatsomever Accrueing on Acco.ts of the said Vessell at any port or ports at which the sid Vessell shall arrive at dureing the said voyage In Consideration whereof and of the full and true performance of the severall Clauses Covenants and agreements above specifyed the said James Donaldson for himself his Exec.rs and Admnes doth Covenant bargain and agree to and with the said William Whittington his Exec.rs and Administrators that he the said James his Exec.rs and Admnes shall and will pay or Cause to be payd unto the said William his Exec.rs Admnes or assignes as freight for his thirteen parts of sixteen of the aforesaid Vessell the full and just sum of fourty pounds thirteen shillings and four pence Currant money of Maryland for every mouth the said Vessell shall be in performing the voyage aforesaid which time is to Commence from the day and Date of these presents and to Continue till she shall arrive from the west Indies or any other part and Deliver her loading afs.d at the port of Annapolis abovementioned provided always and it is hereby Expressly agreed and Declared that In Case the said Brigatine should at any port where she shall arrive at dureing her said voyage be Stopt Either by any Embargoe Laid by the goverment in the harbour Port or road where She shall then lye or anchor at or by the Neglect of the said Vessell for want of men mariners victualls apparell or ground tackle or any other account whatsoever (Except (of) |
