182 Deliver the said other Cargoe in the like good
order and well Conditioned (the Dangers of the Seas only always Excepted) and Immediately thereafter to take on board and reload the said thirteen parts of Sixteen of the said Vessell with Rumm Sugar and Malasses or any other Commodity or Merchandize as the said freighter his factors or Correspondents shall direct and with the first fair wind and weather after the Loading Last mentioned put on board as aforesaid to sail Directly for the port of Annapolis as aforesaid and there unload and Deliver the said last mentioned Commoditys unto the said freighter or his assignes in the like good order and next ^well^ Conditioned the Dangers of the Seas always Excepted unless Countermanded by the said freighter his factors or Correspondents And the said William Whittington for himself his Executors and Administrators doth Covenant promise and grant to and with the said James Donaldson his Exec.rs Admres and assignes that the said Brigatine or Vessell now is and all times ^during^ the said voyages shall be to the best Endeavour of the said William his Exec.rs and Adm.rs and at his and their own proper Costs and Charges in All things made and kept stiff stanch strong well apparled furnished and provided as well with men and mariners sufficient to govern and sail the said Vessell as with all manner of Rigging boats Tackle apparell Anchors bables furniture provisions and appurtenances fitting and necessary for the said men and mariners and for the said vessel dureing the voyage aforesaid And that Robert Richie the Supercargoe or factor of the said James Donaldsion or any other factor or Supercargoe he shall think fitt to send shall have the full and free use of the priviledge of the Cabbin of the vessell aforesaid freight and victuall free and that the master of the said Vessell ships Crew and boat shall be at the Command and Direction of the said freighter his Supercargoe or factor in every thing Customary in the west Indies or any other port where the said Vessell shall arrive at for the good and dispatch of the said voyage and Loadeing And the said William Whittington for himself his Exec.rs and Adm.rs Doth further Covenant bargain and agree to and with the said James Donaldson for his Exec.rs Admnes and assignes to save keep harmless Indemnifye and Defend the said (James) |
