(162) Absolutely released and Discharged and by
These presents do Freely and Absolutely Acquit Release and Discharge unto the said Mary all and singular the Goods the Goods and Chattles Rights and Creditts which were of the said Jonathan at the Time of his Death and which to us hath been or may be Forfeited for or by Reason Occasion or means of his the said Jonathan his Killing himselfe or being the Cause of his own Death as fully Clearly and Amply as if the said Jonathan had Dyed a Naturall Death Provided nevertheless that these presents shall not hurt Injure or prejudice any of The Creditors Children or other representatives of the Deed but that all and singular his Goods and Chattles Rights and Creditts shall be Lyable to the same payments Burthens Charges and Distributions as the personall Estates of persons Dying naturall Deaths and Intestate are Lyable unto any thing herein to the Contrary Notwithstanding Wittness our Trusty and well Beloved Charles Calvert Esq.r Our Captain Generall and Governour in Chiefe in and over our said province of Maryland at the Citty of Annapolis this Seventh Day of September in the Eleventh year of Our Dominion &.r Annoq Dom 1726 Geo Plater C.lk Co.r the Great Seale of Recorded Sept.r the 7.th 1726 Maryland in Was Appendante x.d This Indenture made The fourth day of August Annoq Dom One Thousand seven hundred & Twenty Six Between William Maria Farthing of S.t Marys County Inholder of the one part and Richard Hopewell of The same County Gent of the other part Wittnesseth |
