(143) and every the covenants and agreements herein
contained on the part part and behoofe of the said William Vernon his Ex.rs or adm Adm.rs or any of them to be done performed or kept the said Will.m Vernon doth bind himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs unto the said Ann Varnon in the perciall sum of two hundred pounds of lawfully money of Great Brittain firmly by these presents In Wittness whereof the said partys to these presents have here unto interchangeably sett their hands and seals the day and year first above written Ann Vernon seal On y.e back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst viz.t sealed and delivered, being first duly stampt, in the presence of Browning Elliott Archer Weaver Robert Newin Bartholomew Scue London I the w.thin named Anne Vernon do hereby acknowledge that y.e w.thin menconed sum of one hundred pound is secured to be paid to me Wittness my hand this third day of Feb.ry y.e 1725 Witness Anne Vernon Browning Elliott Archer Weaver Robt New May y.e 11 1726 Then Came Cap.t Archer Weaver and made Oath that hee see M.rs Anne Vernon signe seale and Deliver the y.e w.thin Intraument off Writing as her Act and Deed taken before mee y.e day and year above written Recorded 18.th May 1726 William Lock |
