(143)     and every the covenants and agreements herein contained on the
             part part and behoofe of the said William Vernon his Ex.rs or adm
             Adm.rs or any of them to be done performed or kept the said Will.m
             Vernon doth bind himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs unto the said
             Ann Varnon in the perciall sum of two hundred pounds of
             lawfully money of Great Brittain firmly by these presents In
             Wittness whereof the said partys to these presents have here
             unto interchangeably sett their hands and seals the day
             and year first above written

             On y.e back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst viz.t
             sealed and delivered, being first duly
             stampt, in the presence of
