(138)            George Plater and William Cumming the two subscribing evidences to
             the within Bond make oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that on
             the day and year within mentioned they were present & saw the within Named
             William Holland, Thomas Addison, John Hall and Benjamin Tasker signe
             seal and Deliver the within Bond as their Act and Deed for the use therein Mentioned,
             sworne to Before me, Samuel Young Esquire Chief Justice of his Lordships
             the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary his Provincial Court of this
             Province pursuant to An Act of Assembly of the same Province in that Case
             made and provided this 17.th day of July 1724
