             Know all Men by these presents that We William Holland & Thomas
             Addison Esq.rs Commissarys Generall John Hall of Baltemore County Esq.r
             and Benjamin Tasker of the City of Annapolis in Annarundell County Esq.r
             are held and firmly bound unto the Right Honourable Charles Lord Baron
             of Baltemore Lord Proprietary of the Province x.d in the full and just sum
             of One Thousand Pounds Current Money of this Province to be paid to his said
             Lordship his Heirs and Successors To the which payment well and truly to be
             made and done we bind ourselves and either of us our and either of our
             Heirs Executors and Administrators in the whole and for the whole Joyntly
             and Severally firmly by these Presents Sealed with our Seals and Dated
             this fifteenth Day of July in the Ninth Year of his Lordships Dominion &c.a
             Annoq.r Domini 1724


The Condition of this above written Obligation is such that if the above bound
William Holland and Thomas Addison whilst they shall continue in the Office
of Comissarys Generall shall at their own proper Costs and Charges find a supply
of Good and Sufficient Records Books necessary for the entring up of all matters
and Things relateing to such their Office and shall duely and carefully look
after preserve and maintain all the severall Books of Records now being and
remaining in the said Office in good Repair contained in a particular List hereunto
annexed and signed by the Comissioners appointed by Act of Assembly to repair
the Records in the Secretarys Commissarys Office &c.a as also those that from
time to time shall be repaired by the Directions of the said Comissioners and added
thereto in such manner as that when they shall be dissmissed from officiating longer
in the said Office shall Deliver all the aforesaid Records to the next person that
succeeds in the said Office in good order and Repair according to the true intent
and meaning of the Acts of Assembly in that Case made and provided that then
the above written Obligation to be Void and of none effect otherwise to remain
in full force and Virtue in Law                                             W.m Holland      Seal
