132       how much or how little soever together with all Manner of Buildings Improvements
             and Priviledges and other the appurtenances whatsoever to the same
             belonging or in any wise appertaining And also the Reversion and Reversions
             Remainder and Remainders and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and
             Demand whatsoever of them the said Robert the Elder and Robert the Younger
             of in and unto all and singular the hereby granted or intended to be granted
             premises and of in and unto every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances
             To have and to hold all and singular the said lands and premises with the
             appurtenances unto him the said Charles his heirs and assigns to the only proper
             use and Behoof of him the said Charles his heirs and assigns for ever And the
             said Robert the Elder and Robert the Younger Do hereby for themselves and their
             heirs Executors and Administrators Joyntly and Severally Covenant Promise
             Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles Hammond his heirs and assigns that
             he the said Charles Hammond and his heirs and assigns shall and may from
             time to time and at all times for ever hereafter peaceably and Quietly have
             hold Use Occupy Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the aforementioned premises
             and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances without
             the Let Suit Trouble Hinderance Molestation or Interruption of them the
             said Robert the Elder and Robert the Younger or either of them their or either
             of their Heirs or Assigns or of any other person or persons whatsoever claiming
             or to claim by from or under them or either of them or by from or under the
             said Elizabeth deceased And that they the said Robert the Elder and Robert
             the Younger the aforementioned to be granted land and premises with the
             appurtenances unto him the said Charles Hammond and his heirs from and
             against them the said Robert the Elder and Robert the Younger and their heirs &
             assignes and from and against all Manner of Persons claiming or to claim
             any Right Title or Interest of in or unto the same by from or under them
             the said Robert the Elder and the said Elizabeth and Robert the Younger by
             from or under any of them shall and will warrant and for ever hereafter
             Defend by these presents And further that the said Robert the Elder and Robert
             the Younger and their heirs shall and will at any time hereafter at the reasonable
             request Cost and Charges in the law of him the said Charles make
             do acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be done all and every such
             further and other reasonable Act or Acts thing or things conveyances or
             assurances in the law whatsoever for the further and more perfect assurance
             surety and sure makeing of all and singular the premises unto 
             him the said Charles his heirs and assigns according to the true Intent and
             Meaning of these presents as by the said Charles his heirs and assigns or his
             or their counsel learned in the law shall be reasonably advisd devisd or
             required according to the Intent and Meaning of the parties to these
             presents In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably
             set their hands and affixed their seals the Day and Year
             first above written
