(c) In Prince George's County the board shall furnish to anyone
making written application therefor, within ten days after such
application has been received, a certified copy, under their hands, of
the names, addresses and party affiliations, of all persons registered
in any precinct for the sum of one-half cent for each voter's name or
the cost thereof, whichever is the lesser amount. Any such applica-
tion must be filed at least forty-five days prior to a primary election
and at least thirty days prior to a general election. It shall be per-
missible for said board to use magnetic tapes or other electronic
reproductions or compilations of registration lists, maintained by
the data processing department of Prince George's County, which
electronically reproduced lists shall be certified by the board as cor-
rect. Each application for electronically produced registration lists
shall be accompanied by a statement, under oath, by the individual
filing said application that the said list is not intended to be used
for purposes of commercial solicitation or other business purposes.
Any person who, knowingly, allows an electronically produced reg-
istration list under his or her control to be used for commercial
solicitation or other business purposes shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor and punished under the provisions of Sections 24-27 of this
Article.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

CHAPTER 380
(House Bill 1381)

AN ACT to repeal Section 157 (a) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of St. Mary's County (1965 Edition, being Article 19 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "St. Mary's County," sub-
title "Sanitary Districts," and to enact new Section 157 (a) in
lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section repealed to pro-
vide for a Sanitary District Commission of seven members, terms
and qualifications thereof and procedure when a vacancy occurs.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 157 (a) of the Code of Public Local Laws of St. Mary's
County (1965 Edition, being Article 19 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "St. Mary's County," subtitle "Sanitary
Districts," be and it is hereby repealed and that new Section 157
(a) be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof to said Public Local
Law, to stand in the place of the Section so repealed, and to read as
follows:

(a) Commission. For the purpose of carrying out the provi-
sions of this subtitle, the sanitary districts created hereafter shall
be under the jurisdiction of a Commission of three persons, all of
