Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 187 of Article 66˝ of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1967 Replacement Volume), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Oper-
ation of Vehicles Upon Highways," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:

187.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this article, the Board of
County Commissioners of Prince George's County is authorized and
empowered to regulate the speed and parking of vehicles on any
public or private road, street, lane, fire lane or alley within Prince
George's County which is not within the corporate limits of any
incorporated city, town or village and which has not been designated
or maintained as a part of the State or federal highway system or an
extension thereof. The Board of County Commissioners of Prince
George's County also is authorized and empowered to provide for the
payment of fines for a conviction for violating any such regulation
made by it concerning speed of vehicles; any and all fines collected
pursuant to the provisions of this section shall be disposed of accord-
ing to the procedure provided in Section 341 of this article.

The Board of County Commissioners are also authorized and em-
powered to impound any motor vehicle which is in violation of any
county regulation concerning parking on public or private roads,
streets, lanes, alleys or fire lanes within Prince George's County and
said Commissioners shall have authority to charge the owner of the
vehicle the cost of towing, storage and any other charges incurred
in connection therewith.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

CHAPTER 379
(House Bill 1341)

AN ACT to add new Section 3-22(c) to Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and 1969 Supple-
ment), title "Election Code," subtitle "Registration of Voters—
How and by Whom Conducted," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 3-22(b) thereof; to provide that in Prince George's County
magnetic tapes or other electronic reproductions of registration
lists shall be furnished to anyone making application, to provide
restrictions on the use of said lists and to provide penalties for
violations of this Act.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 3-22(c) be and it is hereby added to Article 33 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and
1969 Supplement), title "Election Code," subtitle "Registration of
Voters—How and by Whom Conducted," to follow immediately after
Section 3-22(b) thereof, and to read as follows:
