Provided individual records are kept for each self-employed indi-
vidual's retirement plan and each investment fund, all funds held in
such fiduciary capacities by an association may be commingled for
appropriate purposes of investment. No funds held in such fiduciary
capacities shall be used by an association in the conduct of its busi-
ness, although such funds may be invested in savings accounts of the
association in the event that the trust, custodial or other plan does
not prohibit such investment.

In passing upon applications, the Director shall take into consid-
eration the investment policies, amount, type and adequacy of re-
serves, fidelity bonds and any legally required deposits of the appli-
cant, and other pertinent facts and circumstances, and may grant
or refuse the application accordingly.

If the Director shall not approve such application, the association
may appeal to the Board of Building, Savings and Loan Association
Commissioners in the manner provided by Section 161H(c).

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

CHAPTER 367
(House Bill 978)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsections (d)
and (f) of Section 59-66 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as
amended, and Subsections (d) and (f) of Section 70-72 of the
Montgomery County Code, 1965 Edition, as amended, being Arti-
cles 17 and 16, respectively of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), titles "Prince George's County" and "Montgomery
County," subtitle "Park and Planning Commission," to expand the
area of the Commission's land acquisition program to include all
of Prince George's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Subsections (d) and (f) of Section 59-66 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition and 1967
Supplement, as amended, and Subsections (d) and (f) of Section
70-72 of the Montgomery County Code, 1965 Edition, as amended, be-
ing Articles 17 and 16, respectively of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), titles "Prince George's County" and "Montgomery
County," subtitle "Park and Planning Commission," be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as follows:

59-66 (70-72)

(d) The commission is authorized to include in its annual budget
provision for the acquisition of lands, needed for arterial limited
access highways and for school sites and other public uses, except
streets or roads (other than such arterial limited access highways),
