other personnel shall serve at the pleasure of the Board and at
salaries to be fixed by the Board.
(e) The County Commissioners, by and through the Board,
may join or cooperate with the Federal Government, the State of
Maryland, with any municipality, or other governmental agency
in providing, establishing, conducting, and maintaining programs
for the vocational rehabilitation of the handicapped.
(f) The Board, may accept any real and personal property of
all kinds suitable to the running of a vocational rehabilitation train-
ing program. The County Commissioners may appropriate in the
annual county budget such sums as may be necessary to purchase
land, construct improvements, and defray expenses for the main-
tenance of a vocational rehabilitation training program. The ac-
quisition of property, with the approval of the County Commis-
sioners, may be by purchase, grant, bequest, devise, lease of the
fee or any lesser interest and at the termination of the use of the
property for purposes of vocational training for the handicapped,
any remaining interest shall immediately revert to the County Com-
missioners.
(g) The control of any land, buildings or other acceptable facili-
ties shall be in accord with agreements reached between the Board
and the person, corporation, or agency having jurisdiction over
such properties. No power or authority conferred by this section
shall be construed to abridge or limit the power of the County
Commissioners, of any governmental agency, of any person or cor-
poration to refuse to permit or limit the use of any ground, build-
ing, or facility under their control, ownership or jurisdiction.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 37(b) of
Article 87 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement
Volume), title "Sheriffs," subtitle "Compensation and Duties," to
provide for two additional deputy sheriffs in Anne Arundel County,
to provide the funds for their salaries, and to correct an erroneous
reference.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 37(b) of Article 87 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1969 Replacement Volume), title "Sheriffs," subtitle "Compensation
and Duties," be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
