31. (c) thereof, to provide that all papers, records and dockets in
the custody of the clerk of the people's court for Prince George's
County and which have been maintained on file for three years and
which are now obsolete may at the discretion of the chief judge of
the people's court for Prince George's County be photocopied and
the originals destroyed.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 31.(d) be and it is hereby added to Article 52 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Jus-
tices of the Peace," subtitle "Docket," to follow immediately after
Section 31. (c) thereof, and to read as follows:

(d) All papers, records and dockets now in the custody of the
clerk of the people's court for Prince George's County and which

solete and of no further use to the people's court proceedings, may at
the discretion of the Chief Judge of the People's Court for Prince
George's County be photographed, photocopied or micrographed and
the originals destroyed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 155(q)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland, (1968 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Boards of
License Commissioners" to provide for an increase in the annual
salary of the attorney for the Board of License Commissioners for
Prince George's County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 155(q) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," sub-
title "Boards of License Commissioners," be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted to read as follows:
155.
(q) Prince George's County.—In Prince George's County each
of the members of the board, except the chairman thereof, shall
receive an annual salary of $2,400.00, and the chairman thereof shall
receive an annual salary of $3,200,000. The administrator of the
board who shall be appointed by and serve at the will of the board
and who shall devote full time and attention to the duties of the board
shall receive an annual salary in no event to exceed ten thousand dollars
