2544                               Municipal Charters

(18) Copies REFERENCES of protective covenants in form for
recording including covenants governing the maintenance of undedicated
public spaces or reservations.

(19)    A schedule to provide for adequate sediment control measures.
The developer shall supply information concerning specifications for seed-
ing or sodding and
fertilizing. He shall also make known his schedule for
grading, seeding, or sodding and planting.

(20)     (19) A recreation dedication shall be noted on the plat as
follows:

Recreation Dedication

The recreation area shown hereon is hereby dedication to the rec-
reation use of the residents of this subdivision, and has been deeded
to Anne Arundel County Planning and Zoning Officer in trust for a
future community association of this subdivision.

(21)     (20) Should twenty five percent (25%) of the recreation area
be deeded to an existing community association or reserved for DEDI-
CATED TO a Homeowners Association, reference to the title reference
and articles of incorporation and restrictions shall be indicated on the
Final Plat.

Section 13-113.3 CONTRACT DRAWINGS, DOCUMENTS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS.

(a)    The subdivider shall file with the Final Subdivision Plat three
(3)
FIVE (5) copies of the Contract Drawings and Documents. All docu-
ments shall be filed with the Office of Planning and Zoning.

(b)    The subdivider shall prepare and submit all drawings required
to complete construction of streets, storm drains, and WATER MAINS
AND SANITARY SEWERS other public utilities together with all nec-
essary appurtenances thereto in accordance with procedures and criteria
contained in the Design Manual.

(c)   The subdivider shall prepare and submit complete project speci-
fications when they are other than or different from Anne Arundel County
standards. Grading, control of siltation, erosion and planting shall be
included. In addition, the subdivider shall submit a tabulated estimate
of all quantities and costs including contingent items related to construc-
ting all required public improvements.

(d)   The subdivider shall furnish any design data and computations
as required by the Department of Public Works. The design data and
computations shall be on 8½ x 11 inch sheets provided by IN ACCORD-
ANCE WITH THE FORM ESTABLISHED BY the Department of Public
Works.

(E)   ALL SEWER AND WATER DRAWINGS MUST BE SEALED
AND SIGNED BY A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER AS
REQUIRED BY STATE LAW AND THE MARYLAND STATE
HEALTH DEPARTMENT. ALL OTHER DRAWINGS MUST BE
SIGNED AND SEALED BY A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL EN-
GINEER OR LAND SURVEYOR.

(F)   FOLLOWING APPROVAL, THE SUBDIVIDER SHALL PRO-
VIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS WITH ONE SET OF
REPRODUCIBLES OF ALL CONTRACT DRAWINGS. UPON COM-
PLETION OF CONSTRUCTION, THE SUBDIVIDER SHALL REVISE
THESE REPRODUCIBLES TO SHOW THE WORK AS BUILT.
