(16)    Offers of cession in a form certified—certified as satisfactory
by the County Solicitor of all land included in streets, highways, easements,
or parks, not specifically reserved by him THE DEVELOPER. Approval
of the Final Plat by the County shall not constitute an acceptance by
the County of the dedication of any street, highway or park or other
open public areas until the property PROPER improvements are made.

(17)    A statement duly acknowledged before an officer authorized
to take acknowledgment of deeds and signed by the owner or owners
of the property, to the effect that the subdivision as shown on the Final
Plat is made with his or their free consent and that it is desired to
record the same. Items (p) (16) and (q) (17) shall be noted on the plat
as follows: See Dedication following:

Dedication for Individuals

of the property shown and described hereon, hereby adopt this plan of
subdivision; establish the minimum building restriction lines; and dedi-
cate the streets, alleys and, walkway AND OTHER easements, widen-
ing strips and floodplains, to public use; such lands to be deeded to Anne
Arundel County upon request. There are no suits, actions of law, leases,
liens, mortgages, trusts, easements, or rights-of-way affecting the property

included in this plan of subdivision, except the following:........................

................and all parties in interest thereto have hereunto affixed their

signatures, indicating their assent to this plat of subdivision.
