(b) The below listed hourly pay schedule shall be applicable to all

Section 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that new Section
1-217 (23A) be, and it is hereby added to said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article, to follow immediately after Section 1-217 (23) thereof, as amended
by Bill No. 7-68, to read as follows:

Section 1-217 (23A).

Project Administrator?Graduation from a university or college of
recognized standing, preferably with specialization in business adminis-
tration, finance-accounting, operations research or public administration:
four (4) years of related experience in business or public management,
two (2) years of which must have been in contract supervision or in a
similar administrative capacity; or any equivalent combination of educa-
tion and experience.

Section 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that Section 1-217
(38) of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, as amended by Bill No. 7-68
be, and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Section 1-217 (38).

Management Analyst?Graduation from a university or college of
recognized standing, preferably with specialization in economics, finance-
accounting, business administration, public administration, operations re-
search, or political science. One (1) year of experience in the field of
budget, fiscal, or management analysis. Four (4) years of such experience
may be considered equivalent to two (2) years of the education requirement.
Graduate work may be substituted for up to, but not more than, one (1)
year of required experience. A graduate degree may be substituted for the
required experience.

Section 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that Sections 1-217
(49) and (50) of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article be, and they are
hereby repealed, and new Section 1-217 (49) is enacted in lieu thereof,
to stand in the place of the sections repealed, to read as follows:
