2448 Municipal Charters (h) Finish Contours and Control of Surface Water: (1) Finish contours will be based on the proposed development of (1) Individual lifts in sanitary landfills shall be no greater than (ii) Daily cover of at least 6 inches of well-compacted material (mea- (iii) Final compacted covering for the surface and the side slopes (2) The surface of the fill shall be smooth graded.
