2372                               Municipal Charters

Parcel B

Beginning for the same at a point on the corporate limits of Rockville,
said point being 248.15 feet from the end of the 1st line of aforesaid
conveyance recorded in Liber 2703, Folio 65 and being also the beginning
point of Parcel A as described above, thence with said corporate limits
of Rockville and the remainder of said 1st line reversed

North 75°13'05" West, 851.85 feet to the point of beginning of said
conveyance, thence with the 10th of last line of said conveyance reversed
and part of the common dividing line of said James W. Bullard and the
lands of Dexter M. Bullard, Jr. et al as described in Liber 3430, Folio
442

North 43°16'09" East, 325.93 feet to intersect the corporate limits
of Rockville, thence leaving said common dividing line and with said
corporate limits

South 52°51'28" East, 753.02 feet to the point of beginning, contain-
ing 2.8010 acres.

Being part of the same land as intended and described in a conveyance
from Dexter M. Bullard to James W. Bullard, recorded in Liber 2703,
Folio 65 among the Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland.

Section 2. That all of the territory hereby annexed to the City of
Rockville and the persons residing thereon, shall, after the effective date
of this resolution be subject to all the laws, ordinances and regulations
of said City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of
a Resolution adopted by the Mayor and Council of Rockville at its meeting
of April 1,1969.

Charter Amendment No. 19, April 7, 1969

Resolution to add Section 48-10A. Absentee Voting-Charter of the
City of Rockville

A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Rockville, Maryland, to
add Section 48-10A to the Charter of the City of Rockville,

Whereas, pursuant to Sections 11 to 18, inclusive, of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), the Mayor
and Council of Rockville has the authority to amend its said Charter
in the particulars hereinafter set forth; and

Whereas, this Resolution is adopted to conform with the procedure
for the amendment of charters of municipal corporations prescribed in
Sections 11 to 18, inclusive, of Article 23A;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND,

Section 1. That Section 48-10A Absentee Voting be added to the
Charter of the City of Rockville to read as follows:
