(6) Collect all taxes, special assessments, license fees, liens, and
all other revenues (excluding utility revenues) of the town, and all other
revenues for whose collection the town is responsible, and receive any
funds receivable by the town.
(7) Have custody of all public moneys belonging to or under the
control of the town, except as to funds in the control of the town, except as
otherwise provided herein, and have custody of all bonds and notes of the
town.
(8) Do such other things in relation to the fiscal or financial affairs
of the town as the Mayor or the Commissioners may require or as may be
required elsewhere in this charter.
(9) He shall keep in the minute books a record of all the proceedings
of the Commissioners as the same occur. He shall within six days after an
ordinance has been passed record the same fully and at length in the
ordinance book, and he shall duly and promptly record and enter in the
general record books all papers, documents, contracts and orders which the
charter or the ordinances or the directions of the Commissioners require
to be recorded therein.
(c) Bond. He shall upon his appointment, without delay, execute to
the Commissioners a bond in the penalty of such amount as the Commis-
sioners shall determine from time to time, conditioned for the good and
faithful discharge by him of all the duties pertaining to his office, imposed
on him by the charter, the ordinances and the requirements of the Com-
missioners, and if a bonding company furnished said bond then the pre-
mium for the bond shall be paid out of the town money.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall
become effective September 16, 1969.

Charter Amendment No. 30
Resolution of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted pursuant
to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of Maryland and
•Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as amended), title "Corporation—Municipal", to amend the
Charter of The Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and re-
enacting, with amendments, Section 57, "Police Force; Number,
Examinations, Salaries, Duties", of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County (1961 Edition), said Code being Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County"
subtitle "Cambridge", changing payable dates of salaries of police
force.
