(6) The Resolution was duly enacted by the Commissioners of Bel
Air on October 13, 1969, and became effective on November 27, 1969.

2. That the boundaries of the Town of Bel Air prior to the annexa-
tion hereinbefore referred to comprised:

a.    The corporate limits as described by metes and bounds, courses
and distances in Section 92 of Everstine's Code of the Public Local Laws
of Harford County, 1965 edition, subtitle "Bel Air", being a part of
Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland of 1941, and of
the Code of the Town of Bel Air, Maryland.

b.    The extensions of the boundaries of Bel Air as set forth in the
following sections of Everstine's Code of Public Local Laws of Harford
County, 1965 edition, subtitle "Bel Air", being a part of Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and of the Code of the Town of
Bel Air, Maryland:
