3. The new boundaries of the Town of Bel Air shall be comprised
of the boundaries described in the Sections and Resolutions cited in
Paragraph 2. hereof and the area annexed by the aforegoing proceedings
and described in an attested copy of Resolution No. 26, attached hereto
and intended to be made a part hereof.
4. That the original boundaries and the new boundaries of the Town
of Bel Air are delineated on a plat entitled "Plat of the Corporate Limits,
The Town of Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland" as prepared by Joseph
F. Kozlovsky, the Assistant Superintendent of Public Works on August
29, 1966 and revised on September 1, 1966 and October 27, 1966 and
January 26, 1967 and December 1, 1969, the latter revision being by
Allan Lee, Jr.

AFFIRMING THE FINAL ADOPTION OF CHARTER AMENDMENT
No. 1-68 TAXATION OF RURAL AREAS, TOWN OF
BLADENSBURG
Whereas, The Mayor and Council on October 7, 1968, held a public
meeting on proposed Resolution No. 1-68, Charter Amendment reference
changes in Chapter 3, Section 58, title, "TAXATION OF RURAL AREAS,"
in the Town of Bladensburg, Md., the same being codified as Section 3.01 to
3.61, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County,
Maryland, 1963-Edition by Everstine. The Resolution was voted unani-
mously for the adoption and to proceed with all the requirements and
provisions to Chapter 423 of the Laws of 1955, being Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957, Supplement as amended, and
Whereas, A fair summary of the proposed Charter Amendment was
published in a local newspaper of general circulation within the Town no
